How to Customise your Resin Piece

The possibilities are endless when it comes to resin! The colours, coupled with various glitters and confetti, added to the different pouring styles will provide ample opportunities to ensure your charm is, and will truly be unique.

Notes on Custom Orders

  • Do take note that custom orders will require a minimum 3 week wait, longer if there is a long waitlist, and excludes shipping time.
  • Specify your brief as much as you can under "Custom Brief". Any ambiguity will leave the artist to interpret and inject their own creativity to the brief. 
  • There will be no refunds or returns for custom orders as the pieces are made specific to your needs. In the event that the item arrives in a less than ideal condition, send us an email/IG DM and we'll assist you accordingly.
  • As these are handmade, there may be minor imperfections. Lots of love and attention went into ensuring that each piece comes out as flawless as possible. We hope you will be able to still love these tiny imperfections as it adds to the overall beauty of the charm by adding character and shows the journey of how they came to be. #EmbraceImperfection
  • Double-check that all information provided is correct at the time of purchase. No refunds will be given if the misinformation is on the part of the customer.

~NOW COMES THE FUN PART!

STEP 1: CHOOSE A PRODUCT

Decide which of the different products you wish to be made. The more popular options are keychains/bag charms, phone grips and table decor shaker coasters. The list below shows the variety we currently offer.

STEP 2: CHOOSE A SPECIFIC MOLD SHAPE

In the header, select Resin Goodies and you can choose from the different mold shapes available, and you can search via Mold Size, or Product for example.

STEP 3: CHOOSE BETWEEN A SOLID, DRY SHAKER OR OIL SHAKER

There are 3 kinds of finishes - solid, dry shaker and oil shaker.

Solid: There is no shaker cavity in the mold, or if available, any shaker cavity can be filled up with resin to make it solid. See images below.

  

 

Dry shaker: The mold has a shaker cavity and it is filled with embellishments and/or confetti only. 

  

 

Oil shaker: The mold has a shaker cavity and it is filled with embellishments, confetti and/or glitter, and filled with oil to allow the embellishments to flow freely in the cavity. 

 

 

 

STEP 4: CHOOSE CUSTOM TEXT (ONLY IF APPLICABLE)

Depending on the space allowance, you have the option to add text on your resin piece. It can be a name, a birthday wish, a one-liner. Please ensure you select the "Add Text" option. Text colour is artist choice by default but you can indicate a different colour in "Custom Brief", depending on availability.

 

STEP 5: INDICATE SPECIFIC REQUESTS

Include all and any requests in the section "Custom Brief". Any ambiguity will allow the artist to take creative license over the piece. Please note that embellishments within the shaker cavity are not customisable.

  • Overall theme 
  • Colour(s) - Choose between 1 solid colour, or a blend of multiple colours.
  • Glitter/Flakes - Choose between the variety of glitter or flakes we have available.

A good example will be: "I want an orange-yellow gradient effect from left to right, with chunky glitter and to add text Mummy in black."

Another example: "I want an white-grey marble effect, with gold foil."

Another example: "I want a Sailormoon-themed keychain, with a largely blue and white base. Pile on the glitter and make it super sparkly."
