All sales are final. All items are checked thoroughly before shipping. Smolpitato will not be responsible for parcels and/or mail lost and/or damaged during shipping. 

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect product, do drop us an email at smolpitato@gmail.com with the image of the product, together with your order number.

Each piece is handmade with love, sweat and tears. Therefore, in agreeing to purchase these handmade items, you accept that there may be minor flaws or imperfections present in the piece. Major flaws will not be sold, and if put up for sale, flaws will be declared in the description and sold at discounted price.

As pieces are handmade, each piece may differ in pattern, colour, shape and size. Kindly allow for colour differences due to lighting and screen settings. There will not be room for exchange or refunds for claims where the product is different from the image, unless an order was sent incorrectly. If you do have enquiries regarding your purchase, please feel free to email smolpitato@gmail.com with pictures and your order number and we will assist accordingly.

We will ensure that the products are not defective before mailing. All orders sufficiently protected via bubble wrap to prevent damage during transport. More fragile items will be shipped in a box. However, in the unfortunate event the product(s) is(are) damaged, do send us an email with pictures and your order number.

We will not be responsible for any damage due to wear and tear, or mishandling of the products. However, we can assist to fix the damages with a fee. Any product that has to be sent back to Smolpitato is to be sent via registered post or Smartpac. The 2-way shipping fees incurred will be borne by the sender.
